1. Identity Verification
Before requesting a loan, every user must submit their National ID card for verification. Manor will not be held accountable if a user borrows using a verified ID.
2. Loan Limits & Conditions
The maximum amount a peer can request is 10,000 CFA. This platform is designed for small, short-term loans without collateral. Manor reserves the right to adjust the loan limit based on economic conditions.
3. Lending & Interest
Lenders will earn a fixed interest returns on loans they provide. A lender can lend to multiple borrowers at their discretion. Manor encourages responsible lending—do not lend more than you can afford to lose.
4. Account Registration & Verification
Users must verify their phone number and/or email before accessing the platform. Once verified, users can borrow or lend money through the platform.
5. Fraud Prevention & AI Monitoring
We use AI-powered fraud detection to identify and block fraudulent users. Users who engage in suspicious activity may be permanently banned from the platform.
6. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes to the policy.
